Acceptance and eligibility
By installing, authorizing, or using a Hardline service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a studio, community, or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them for that organization. You must satisfy Roblox's and Discord's age and account requirements for the features you use.

Development preview
Aegis is currently an unfinished development preview. Test it only in backed-up, non-production experiences and with disposable test accounts. Features, configuration, compatibility, and availability may change or be removed. A preview designation is not a promise of production readiness.

Permission to use Aegis
Subject to these terms, Hardline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to install and evaluate Aegis for experiences you own or are authorized to manage. You may not sell, impersonate, maliciously modify, bypass safeguards in, or present Hardline services as your own.

Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Having authority over every Roblox experience and Discord server you connect.
- Protecting installation secrets, assigning staff roles only to trusted people, and promptly rotating exposed credentials.
- Reviewing incident evidence and moderator reasons before taking action against a player.
- Your game's rules, player notices, appeals, data obligations, and compliance with Roblox, Discord, and applicable law.
- Backups, testing, custom game logic, and final deployment decisions.

Moderation and security limits
Aegis supplies signals and controlled tools; it cannot guarantee that every exploit is detected or that every signal is correct. You remain responsible for moderation decisions and consequences. Do not use Aegis to harass users, access games without permission, evade platform controls, or perform unlawful surveillance or enforcement.

Third-party platforms
Roblox, Discord, and infrastructure providers are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. Their outages, API changes, reviews, restrictions, or account actions may affect Hardline features. Hardline does not control those services.

Availability and termination
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue preview access to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, address abuse, or develop the product. You may stop using Aegis and revoke connected permissions at any time. We may terminate access for a material violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, preview services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or exploit-proof operation. Hardline is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost revenue, moderation decisions, or damage caused by unauthorized configuration or credential exposure. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Questions may be sent to hardlinelabsbusiness@gmail.com.
